    June Lagoon is not responsible for any shipping mishaps, lost packages, theft nor failed deliveries. We will provide all shipping info upon order confirmation, contact the shipping provider with any future questions.

  • Customs and Import Taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. June Lagoon is not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Cancellations

    No cancellations on ANY digital purchases. No exceptions.

    Cancellations accepted for physical pieces within 24 hours, buyer is responsible for taxes and fees from original sale.

  • Returns

    Returns for digital downloads nor physical pieces are not accepted.

  • Exchanges

    No exchanges accepted on digital downloads.

    Exchanges accepted only if item is defective before being worn (original packaging) or the sizing or color is clearly demonstrated to not be accurate. Exchange of correct item or similar of equal value will be issued. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. You have 14 days to ship the return, purchasing a shipping label in our extras tab. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

    Exchanges will not be accepted for items that become damaged after wear or wash. Proper care instructions are provided in the item description as well as in the FAQ section.
