1. Chain 10 + 3 (The 3 chains are the first double crochet)
2. Chain one, yarn over, skip one chain and double crochet
3. Chain one, skip one chain and double crochet (continue this pattern until the last stitch
4. Turn your work, continue the pattern for 7 rows
